Helen Wood established TMS Consulting in 2006 following a successful career in state and local government. Helen has considerable experience in service delivery design, facilitation, relational management frameworks, strategic planning and project management. Helen has a deep appreciation of the challenges experienced by government and private organisations in the delivery of their services to the public and is a respected authority on service channel design. Helen has worked with elected officials, executives and management groups and operational staff across Queensland and internationally.

Adam Herbert, Senior Consultant

Adam Herbert joined TMS Consulting in 2007 after a promising career in state government and the private sector. Adam has considerable experience in service delivery design and implementation, business improvement and project management. Adam is also highly skilled in a range of information technology areas such as network design and management, software engineering and web application development. Adam has managed the redesign of services in public and private sector businesses. Adam is also highly skilled in server and network support and has designed a range of enterprise systems for clients as well as providing ongoing support.

Kristyna Meehan, Senior Consultant

Kristyna Meehan has ten years experience working with senior government officials in a range of areas including Indigenous affairs, local government and the criminal justice system.  Particular areas of focus include strategic implementation of government priorities, project management, organisational change, staff management, policy and plan development and corporate governance.  As a consultant Kristyna offers a range of skills including facilitation, strategic planning, leadership and team development, optimisation of staff performance and functional analysis.

Ben Tune, Senior Consultant

Ben has recently joined TMS as a senior consultant and is a business strategist. He is a natural problem solver who employs a learned and developed tool kit of solutions to assist  organisations he partners with. Ben has skills and experience in developing & implementing strategic plans that subsequently deliver results through operational efficiency. He has previously filled several senior managerial positions which has allowed him to develop keen business acumen and strong leadership skills across a variety of industries, within both the public and private sector.

Ben’s specialties include sustaining strategic change through people, processes & technology, and strategic planning and implementation using project management disciplines.  Ben also has experience with organisational design/redesign and organisational transformation.

Ben works to create organisational capacity/efficiency and has previously designed and implemented quality management systems for ISO9001 certification.  Ben can confidently fill management roles and responsibilities on demand.

In addition to the above mentioned skills and experience, Ben also possesses strong communication and leadership skills as a result of working within world class sporting teams for over a decade.

Holly Ryzner, Consultant

Holly Ryzner recently joined TMS as a consultant and is currently completing her psychologist registration. As a provisional psychologist, Holly has training and experience in the domains of both counselling and organisational psychology. She has experience in the areas of psychometric assessment, training and development, coaching and career development, occupational rehabilitation, case management and survey development. She has demonstrated competence in providing counselling within a cognitive-behavioural therapy framework and in the delivery of a literacy training program.
 
Through both work and educational experiences Holly has developed a good understanding of what motivates people in a business environment. Her relationship management abilities and use of evidence-based research will ensure that client’s are provided with high quality work that is individually tailored.
 
Holly is an Associate Member of the Australian Psychological Society and the College of Organisational Psychologists. As a member of the TMS team, Holly’s set of skills will assist in the delivery of practical business solutions to achieve both individual and organisational goals.

Pauline Davis, Associate Consultant

  • Bachelor of Social Work (Hons 1st Class)

Pauline has worked for 18 years in the public sector in service delivery within human service agencies including child safety, youth justice and most recently disability services.  For the last seven years in the public sector, Pauline was a committed leader and member of the senior executive service.  Her most recent roles being Regional Executive Director, Greater Brisbane Region, Disability Services Queensland, and General Manager, Service Delivery, Disability Services Queensland.

Pauline was a successful manager of critical and strategic financial and human resources and was responsible for nearly 3,000 frontline staff state-wide.  She managed an extensive operating and grants budget.

Pauline graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Social Work (Hons 1st class) in 1991.    Her experience in the public sector has included recruitment and selection, managing investigations of misconduct, resolving staff grievances and undertaking workplace health and safety and workplace rehabilitation duties.  She also has experience operating in Magistrates and District Courts and in the preparation of court reports.  

Pauline has had significant experience in implementing significant change agendas and in guiding and managing staff through difficult organisational change processes.
Pauline also has significant experience working in partnership with the non-government sector.

Pauline has joined TMS recently as an associate consultant.

Margaret Goody, Senior Consultant

Margaret Goody recently joined the TMS Consultancy recruitment solutions team. Margaret’s expertise lies in a number of areas. Her particular interest is human resource management including recruitment and employer branding with experience in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. Key strengths also include a wide-ranging knowledge and understanding of business, industry and government with experience in delivery of marketing and public relations strategies.

Conference papers include Leveraging Community-Business Partnerships, Not-for-Profit Asscn Conference (2009, 2006, 2004) and Employment Branding and Diversity in the Workforce, Diversity Council Australia (2007).
Margaret also holds the position of Chairman of the Queensland Committee of Defence Reserves Support. The role Defence Reserves Support is to provide a link between the Australian Defence Force (ADF), employers and the community from which the Reserve force is drawn.

Ali Cameron, Recruitment Consultant

Alison joined our team in December 2009 and has recently moved into the role of Recruitment Consultant.  Alison has 20 years working in the administration field with the last 7 years focussing on administration change management and recruitment.  She has experience working in various industries such as accounting, coaching, charity, recruitment, and consulting.

Alison has extensive experience with business ‘start ups’, from sourcing office space, setting up administration systems, establishing policies and procedures to the recruitment of administration staff.  Her knowledge and experience is an invaluable addition to the TMS Team.

Samantha Platt, Business Manager

Samantha Platt recently joined TMS as one of the newest members to take up the role of Business Manager.  Samantha joined the team in June 2010 and brings a wealth of experience in this area.  Samantha’s experience in administration and business management within the private sector spans more than 20 years.   Her experience has been gained in small to medium sized businesses in the area areas of architecture, finance, design, retail and the customer service sectors.  Samantha has considerable experience running the financial, human resources and administrative aspects of a small business and will increase the efficiency and effectiveness of internal systems as TMS.

Samantha’s key strengths are establishing policies and procedures, staff performance and management, organisational development and performance measurement.  Samantha also has considerable experience in business analysis and quality assurance compliance.  She also provides the team with project support where required and will manage the TMS marketing and client communication plan.
As the Business Manager Samantha will support the strategic development of TMS and enhance corporate governance and business systems.
