Sylvia Ritchie

Sylvia Ritchie is a Principal Consultant with more than 18 years’ experience leading organisational change, transformation and complex delivery across government, health, aged care, utilities, justice and professional services.

She specialises in helping organisations translate transformation strategy into practical, sustainable change. Her experience spans enterprise and digital transformation, organisational and cultural change, operating model and workforce capability uplift, business readiness, stakeholder engagement, leadership alignment and adoption.

Sylvia has worked across large and complex organisations, partnering with executives, leaders, project teams and frontline stakeholders to navigate significant change. She has led change across major technology implementations, organisational redesign, workplace transformation and enterprise-wide reform, including global ERP and digital workplace programs within professional services and major transformation initiatives across health and government.

She also brings extensive experience in portfolio and program environments, including establishing and uplifting PMO and EPMO capability, governance, assurance and portfolio visibility. This gives Sylvia a strong understanding of the relationship between people, strategy and delivery, and enables her to work comfortably across both strategic advisory and hands-on implementation.

Known for her pragmatic and relationship-focused approach, Sylvia works closely with clients to make complex change clear, achievable and relevant to the people responsible for delivering and sustaining it.
