Luca Gerbino

Luca is a Behavioural Science and Business student majoring in Human Resources, with a background in recruitment and HR. He is passionate about aligning people strategies with organisational performance and is committed to delivering solutions that enhance employee capability and workplace culture.

Encompassing TMS’ belief that all organisations are human, Luca has supported a range of people-focused initiatives, including recruitment, employee engagement, and team development. He brings a practical understanding of workforce development and a strong interest in understanding how human behaviour shapes workplace outcomes to drive organisational success.

Grounded in both psychological and business disciplines, Luca aims to gain an organisational psychology accreditation to specialise in projects that focus on leadership capability, cultural alignment, and high-performing teams.

At TMS Luca provides project support and program management for a range of clients with a focus on ensuring the people and behavioural aspects of change and organisational performance are a high priority.  Luca is currently supporting projects across government, not-for-profit and private sectors.
