Mark Kane is a Senior Consultant who is passionate about helping organisations to optimise performance. He possesses over 7 years’ practical experience with expertise in Organisational Development, Change Management, and Talent Management and Acquisition. Mark has worked with a range of organisations in both the Public and Private sectors across the Australian, Irish, and UK markets. Mark specialises in assisting organisations to enhance both the rational elements (structures, systems, processes) as well as the non-rational elements (culture, behaviours, values) of the business. In doing this Mark is experienced in strategic workforce planning, organisational review and Talent Management.
Mark is well versed in conducting behavioural assessments such as DiSC and has a strong interest in leadership development and change management. He draws on various models from Cognitive Psychology and Social Neuroscience to effectively impact the human dynamics in the workplace.
