Serena Gleeson is a Principal Consultant with TMS who has extensive experience partnering strategically with CEO’s and senior executives for over 25 years. Serena has experience assisting with the leadership and management of people resources, implementation of cultural and change initiatives and is passionate about leveraging people potential and performance.
Serena’s key focus in her work is ensuring organisations can articulate and deliver effectively on their strategic goals and achieves this through building strong client relationships to become a trusted advisor to key stakeholders.
Serena’s recent experience includes leading the People and Culture Team of a not-for-profit peak industry body in Victoria, where she provided strategic leadership, guidance and support to the organisation including the Board of Directors, CEO and Executive Leadership Team. She is also experienced in conducting HR Audit reviews, reviews of business strategy and operations, and assisting Senior Leaders in setting business goals and effectively communicating these to Managers and staff.
