iADAPTE™ is a change management framework that enables change agents, managers and leaders to effectively implement change and optimise outcomes. The framework includes all aspects of planning, stakeholder engagement, selling the change, gaining commitment, and ultimately implementing change in a way that is effective, sustainable, and yields ongoing organisational benefits.
