TMS Consulting is partnering with Aventedge to present a series of Masterclasses on Culture in the Public Sector. These Masterclasses will be facilitated by TMS Executive Consultant, Catherine Skippington.
Culture is, at its core, about behaviours in the workplace. The challenge is to minimise, if not eliminate, the gap between the aspirational culture (what we say we do) and the way people really behave in the workplace. In recent years there has been significant changes to our workplaces and how we work. COVID pushed us to working from home and now to hybrid workplaces. Catastrophic bushfires and floods have destroyed workplaces, records, and histories impacting on employees. The Respect@Work Report highlighted significant issues in workplaces. These disruptions have had different impacts between jurisdictions, sectors and job types.
This masterclass will look at ways to set an aspirational organisational culture in an environment of significant disruption, and how to recognise and reward desired behaviours or change and eliminate unacceptable behaviours within the context of the public sector.
The masterclass is running in Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Brisbane throughout August and with spots filling up fast, if this is of interest to you or your organisation we suggest you register as soon as possible.
