Yvette joins TMS as a Senior Consultant, bringing over 18 years of experience across the public and not-for-profit sectors. She has held executive and senior leadership roles spanning people and culture, governance, operations and organisational development, and is deeply passionate about helping organisations clarify their strategic direction and translate this into practical, sustainable outcomes. Yvette brings particular strength in supporting organisations to build capability, align culture with strategy and navigate complex change.
Outside of work, Yvette enjoys spending time outdoors, being with her family and listening to music.
