Alison van der Wiel and Lara Schlinker Take on New LeWe are pleased to announce that Senior Consultants, Alison van der Wiel and Lara Schlinker have been promoted into new leadership roles at TMS.
Alison will take on the internal role as Program Manager while Lara will be our new Team Coach.
As Program Manager, Alison will lead innovation with our product offerings and oversee the coordination of our internal resources to ensure we are maximising our staff to get the best outcomes for our clients.
In her new role, Lara will be responsible for the developing the capability of our team, team dynamics and driving continuous improvement within our business.
TMS CEO Helen Wood said the new internal roles were a fantastic acknowledgement of Alison and Lara’s outstanding work with TMS and was delighted at their inclusion in the broader TMS leadership group.
