The Australian and Queensland governments are working jointly on increasing ‘Home Ownership on Indigenous Land’. Although high level policy commitment has been undertaken, and an implementation plan at the whole-of-government level is under development, there is also a requirement to develop implementation plans at the community level.
TMS Consulting has been engaged to facilitate a series of workshops on Home Ownership and to develop the community implementation plans for Woorabinda, Yarrabah and Palm Island. Both governments including local, regional and Brisbane staff will be involved.
