For the last two years TMS Consulting has been engaged to assist and develop the effectiveness and relationships of a health related Board in the Northern Territory. This year TMS has once again been asked to undertake a third diagnostic survey along with an evaluation of the Chairperson’s performance. This work has been longitudinal and has been complimented by executive development workshops and survey’s conducted in both 2010 and 2011. Outcomes to-date have included increased strategic thinking and improved morale within the leadership group. The Board and the CEO recently reported more effective performance, increased robustness in key discussions and an improvement in the overall effectiveness of the Board based in part on the work of TMS over the last 3 years.
