TMS Consulting has been delivering the team and leadership development program for the Gold Coast Rapid Transit Project (GCRT) for over two years. Given the intimate involvement with the project TMS Consulting’s Managing Director, Helen Wood, was invited to faciliate the lessons learned panel discussion breakfast event hosted by the Infrastructure Association Queensland (IAQ), and sponsored by Manidis Roberts.
The presentation will encompass a general project overview by Project Director Anna Carroll, and a panel discussion regarding lessons learned through the planning and procurement phase with the intention of encouraging discussion and debate about the delivery of major infrastructure projects and governments ongoing commitment to PPPs in Australia.

Over the last two years TMS has provided team and leadership development, change management and facilitation services for the project. As part of this work TMS advises on mobilisation and de-mobilisation activities, facitlates key strategy sessions and contract relationship workshops, whole of project team development workshops and advises the project leadership team on key change and people related issues.
