TMS is pleased to announce it has joined the global alliance of transforming consulting companies, The Transformation League (TTL).
The Transformation League exists to help companies achieve their business objectives, by making the most of their leaders and employees, and optimising organisational strengths. The members of TTL have a shared purpose of applying global capability and research through local delivery to ensure businesses can transform and sustain competitive advantage and high performance.
As individual companies and as a partner group, League members are all passionate about putting people at the centre of change and transformation, ensuring they are engaged and delivering for the business.
During a trip to Paris in February, TMS CEO, Helen Wood and Catherine Skippington, Executive Consultant, attended the 2020 meeting of The Transformation League. It was a productive and valuable meeting with confirmation of the vision, purpose and consulting approach of the League. The research agenda for the coming year was also agreed.
The opportunities this presents for TMS’s clients include access to global methodologies that are proving successful in other countries, research and development initiatives and knowledge sharing. It also means TMS can deliver internationally through its partners or be part of a global program providing local delivery in Australia.
“The opportunity for TMS to collaborate on global projects or projects being delivered in Australia by our partners is very exciting. As a CEO of an already established firm in Australia I am excited to take this next step.”
There is considerable potential to build on our best practice strategies and tools by sharing experiences, knowledge and collaborating with our partners.
