With over a decade of experience in leadership development, cultural transformation, and organisational change, Kerryn is passionate about empowering individuals and fostering high-performing teams.
As a Certified Practitioner in the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) and Mental Health First Aid, she brings expertise in developing people-centred training programs, guiding teams through post-merger transitions, and enhancing leadership effectiveness through tailored coaching and development initiatives.
Outside of work, Kerryn is a passionate (and occasionally vocal!) AFL supporter, who loves exploring the outback and visiting remote destinations. Life is never dull, as she stays busy chauffeuring her twin teenagers to their many sporting and social events!
