TMS Consulting welcomes Serena Gleeson to the team as a Principal Consultant.
Serena has extensive experience partnering strategically with CEO’s and senior executives for over 25 years. Serena has experience assisting with the leadership and management of people resources, implementation of cultural and change initiatives and is passionate about leveraging people potential and performance.
Serena felt aligned to the values and mission of TMS given the strong focus on the human element of organisations. Serena is excited to work collaboratively with a dedicated and experienced team of professionals who partner closely with clients to help people and organisations realise their full potential through meaningful connection and personal leadership.
Outside of her professional life Serena loves being active, staying engaged in team sports, and has a passion for ocean swimming – even in winter! Adventure travel, cooking and connecting with family and friends are also high on the priorities!
Serena is looking forward to working collaboratively with the TMS Team and working closely with clients to drive their business and people performance.
