In line with the election result and the substantial changes to Queensland Government Departments and Agencies, TMS recognises that a significant number of staff will be leaving the State Government, or have done so already.
TMS specialises in supporting organisations and individuals during restructures and understands that this is a very difficult time for many people. We would appreciate hearing about the thoughts and experiences of those people who have or will be leaving the Queensland Government, to help better understand the impact of the changes and how their exit was managed. TMS is currently conducting an Exit Survey for Queensland Government employees and contractors which will be open until 7 November October 2012. The survey takes only 10 minutes to complete and all results will be strictly confidential.
