TMS Consulting’s Strategic Sourcing division continues to develop, with recent initiatives including a rebranding of our services into two distinct product areas – Executive Search and Project Resourcing.
Our Executive Search product focuses on providing a structured and innovative approach to sourcing executives within our core market sectors, with our Project Resourcing product offering on-hire technical resources within the Engineering and IT disciplines.
We continue to have significant interest in these services from our consulting clients, and look forward to continuing our growth in these markets over the coming year, with plans to expand the service into new locations already on the agenda.
To support this growth, we have recently welcomed Mark Kane to the team as a Consultant. Mark joins TMS with experience within the engineering recruitment market both here and his native UK, and will be primarily responsible for sourcing candidates for both product areas, as well as being the main point of contact for our growing contractor base.
Finally, we are soon to launch a new product – Workforce Consulting – which will focus on providing consulting advice to internal HR departments on how to best optimise their recruitment and on-boarding strategies in the digital age. This may be of particular interest to companies who are looking to insource their recruitment functions and need expert advice in setting this up.
