TMS is pleased to announce an expansion in our senior team as we welcome two new Executive Consultants, Lynda-Mary Wood and Cathy Skippington.
Lynda-Mary is based in Sydney and is a highly experienced and creative leader, manager and educator. Lynda-Mary has held a number of senior executive positions demonstrating key strengths in the leadership and management of complex teams and empowering people to optimise their strengths and performance. Her facilitation skills, positive approach and highly effective interpersonal, influencing and negotiating capability have transformed teams and contributed to cultural change within organisations. She has facilitated workshops on the following: Virtual Team Leadership, Clinical Leadership, Change Management, Empowering the Educator, Team Building. Lynda-Mary has an extensive background in the health sector.
Cathy Skippington is based in Canberra and is a highly experienced public sector senior executive having worked in both State and Federal jurisdictions across a range of specialities (environment protection, natural resource management, cultural and built heritage, affordable housing, work health and safety and workers’ compensation) in highly politically charged environments. She is a proven leader with considerable experience in policy, operational delivery, regulation, stakeholder management and has extensive change management expertise. Cathy has been successful in setting organisation direction, policy, planning, culture, and standards with over seventeen years in senior executive roles.
Along with adding their valuable expertise and experience to the TMS team, their addition means increased coverage for TMS.
