TMS would like to welcome to the team our newest member and student intern, Michael Dagg who commenced with us this week.
Michael Dagg is currently studying a Bachelor of Business (majoring in management)/ Bachelor of Laws, which he expects to complete in May 2018. He developed an interest in management consulting after working with 180 degrees consulting, an international, student-led, not-for-profit consultancy. As an ongoing member of this organisation Michael has had the opportunity to improve the processes of a number of non-for-profit businesses.
Michael was drawn to TMS from its “genuine embodiment of their core values and expertise in leadership and change management”. With a genuine passion for Change Management, Organisational Capability and Leadership Development, he is keen to absorb as much as he can from the experienced team at TMS. He feels that his skillset, including his critical thinking gained through his law studies, position him well for a role in consulting where he can work through a client’s problems and help to develop innovative tailored solutions.
TMS looks forward to sharing our knowledge and experience with Michael over the next few months helping him to gain a greater sense of the consulting world and the TMS way.
